Royal Enfield will expand its fledgling EV range while entering a new flagship 750 cc category besides consolidating the segments it currently presents in
Royal Enfield is lining up an aggressive expansion plan that will touch nearly every major category in its portfolio. The company is preparing new motorcycles across the 350 cc, 440 cc, 450 cc and 650 cc ranges while also entering higher capacity 750 cc territory and accelerating its electric vehicle push in India. One of the most immediate launches expected is the Himalayan 440.
Positioned as a more attainable alternative to the Himalayan 450, the upcoming model is expected to borrow heavily from the Scram 440. Pricing could hover around Rs. 2.60 lakh (ex-showroom) helping Royal Enfield target riders who want adventure styling and practicality without stretching to the considerably pricier Himalayan 450. The 450 cc platform will also continue to grow as well.
After the recent arrival of the refreshed Guerrilla 450, Royal Enfield is expected to add a scrambler-styled derivative in 2027. Built around the Sherpa engine family, the motorcycle could get a flatter seat, taller ride height, knobby tyres, long travel suspension and unique styling like an exposed front beak. At the other end of the spectrum, Royal Enfield is preparing to consolidate its twin-cylinder portfolio as well.

Among the most talked-about future products is the Bullet 650 which will merge the iconic old-school Bullet charm with the brand’s well-known 648 cc parallel-twin motor upon launch in the coming months. The engine currently produces around 47 bhp and over 52 Nm, and is linked with a six-speed gearbox and assist-and-slipper clutch. It made its global debut late last year at EICMA 2025.
Royal Enfield is not stopping there as updates to the current 650 lineup are also likely. A revised version of the existing twins could arrive later this year carrying mechanical tweaks. Expected changes include an updated suspension while braking upgrades such as dual front discs could also be introduced. The company appears ready to enter a new segment with a flagship 750 cc platform.

A larger Himalayan is widely expected to be one of the first motorcycles based on the new engine architecture. It would sit above the present middleweight adv offerings and consolidate Royal Enfield’s presence in premium touring categories in India and international markets. A bigger Continental GT is also under development but the current Continental GT 650 is likely to continue alongside it.
The Flying Flea sub-brand has already been launched with the C6 recently becoming the first electric motorcycle from the company. Sharing the same EV foundation, the S6 is expected to follow either later this year or in early 2027. Unlike the C6’s styling, the S6 will feature scrambler-inspired cues, more suspension travel and dual-purpose wheels but the claimed ride range may remain more or less similar to the C6.
Royal Enfield is also testing an electric Himalayan for eventual production – indicating that the EV programme will extend beyond lifestyle commuters into adventure motorcycles as well. In addition, limited-run special editions will also be offered across the range.
