Select top-spec petrol variants become Rs. 38,900 more affordable while the rest of the SUV lineup continues at existing prices
Maruti Suzuki has revised the Victoris price list in India by introducing a price reduction for select variants while retaining prices across the remainder of the lineup. It is limited to the naturally aspirated petrol range and specifically targets the fully loaded optional variants. Every other version including standard petrol trims, CNG models, strong hybrid derivatives and all-wheel-drive variants continues at the same price as before.
The biggest beneficiaries are customers planning to purchase the ZXi (O) and ZXi Plus (O) variants powered by the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. These trims are now Rs. 38,900 cheaper irrespective of whether consumers opt for the manual or automatic transmission. No mechanical or equipment changes accompany the revised pricing as Maruti Suzuki has simply repositioned the upper end of the petrol range.
Within the manual range, the ZXi (O) now carries a price tag of Rs. 13.69 lakh – down from Rs. 14.08 lakh while the ZXi Plus (O) has dropped from Rs. 15.82 lakh to Rs. 15.43 lakh. The entry-level and mid-spec trims remain untouched with the LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi Plus continuing at Rs. 10.50 lakh, Rs. 11.80 lakh, Rs. 13.57 lakh and Rs. 15.24 lakh respectively.
