The brand is likely to debut the 2026 Scorpio N facelift and BE.07 electric SUV on Aug 15 in the Indian market
Mahindra & Mahindra lost out the title of India’s second biggest passenger vehicle brand to Tata Motors by a few hundred units in June 2026. The company has the widest SUV portfolio in India and despite that, it is planning to introduce multiple new models in the coming months to reclaim the second position from Tata Motors. We have learnt that the 2026 Scorpio N facelift could debut next month in the Indian market while the all-new BE.07 could make its first public appearance as it goes on sale by the end of 2026 or early 2027.
The 2026 Mahindra Scorpio N facelift was recently spotted testing on Delhi-Mumbai expressway. The spy images revealed the newly-designed alloy wheels while the overall side profile is identical to the ongoing model. The rear profile will also get a handful of minor updates in the form of restyled bumper and tweaked LED units. Since it is a mid-life facelift, the updates will not be comprehensive in nature.
The front fascia is also likely to get a few updates such as revised headlamp setup, fresh bumper design and subtle changes in the grille. The cabin could see a host of new features in the form of bigger touchscreen infotainment system, panoramic sunroof, all-digital instrument cluster with TFT display, front and rear ventilated seats, and new steering wheel.

The Level 2 ADAS tech will be retained in the upcoming Scorpio N facelift. Mechanically too, it will carry the same 2.0L turbo petrol and 2.2L turbo diesel engines with manual and automatic gearbox options. The 4×4 drive system will also be continued in the range-topping variants. The 2026 Mahindra Scorpio N will be more expensive than the ongoing version of the SUV.
As for the BE.07, it will be the brand’s fourth born-electric SUV after the BE 6, XEV 9E and XEV 9S. It was recently spied up close and the spy shots disclosed a few interesting details of the all-electric SUV such as upright front fascia, retractable door handles, sloping roofline, and pillarless doors. The cabin will be futuristic with a plethora of advanced features.

Based on the all-electric INGLO platform, it will be the production-ready version of the BE.07 concept, which was unveiled in Aug 2022. The all-electric SUV will directly rival Tata Harrier EV and Vinfast VF7. The BE.07 could be rolled out with 59 kWh and 79 kWh battery pack options while the maximum driving range could be around 600 km on a single charge.
