2026 Royal Enfield Classic 350 receives practical equipment upgrades while retaining its familiar 349 cc J-series engine and retro styling
Royal Enfield has introduced the 2026 Classic 350 in India with prices ranging from Rs. 1.87 lakh to Rs. 2.23 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The update concentrates on day-to-day usability instead of cosmetic revisions as the motorcycle has received an assist and slipper clutch and a USB Type-C fast charging port in every dual-channel ABS grade. The revised model has reached dealerships nationwide from today.
The Classic 350 has remained a major volume contributor for Royal Enfield over the past few years. As opposed to altering the motorcycle’s well-established design, the new update introduces equipment that are indeed necessary. The assist and slipper clutch reduces clutch effort during stop-and-go traffic while also delivering smoother downshifts by reducing rear-wheel lock under hard deceleration.
The USB Type-C charging port appeals to those who rely on smartphones for navigation and communication during regular rides as well as touring. As you might expect, mechanical specifications have not been altered. Power is extracted from the familiar 349 cc single-cylinder air/oil-cooled J-series engine which is good enough to develop 20.2 bhp at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm.

The engine is coupled with a five-speed gearbox while the twin downtube spine frame, suspension setup, braking hardware, 13-litre fuel tank and 170 mm ground clearance are also carried forward unchanged. The feature list offered on top-spec variants also carries over. Based on the selected version, the motorcycle is available with an LED headlamp, LED pilot lamps, adjustable brake and clutch levers, gear position indicator and the Tripper navigation pod, which works alongside the Royal Enfield mobile application for turn-by-turn navigation.

The 2026 RE Classic 350 retains its rounded fuel tank, upright ergonomics, signature side panels and vintage-inspired silhouette that traces its lineage back to the Royal Enfield G2 of the 1950s. Consumers can continue choosing from Redditch Red, Halcyon Black, Madras Red, Jodhpur Blue, Medallion Bronze, Commando Sand, Gun Grey, Stealth Black and Emerald Green paint schemes.

Within Royal Enfield’s domestic portfolio, the Classic 350 occupies the space between the Bullet 350 and Goan Classic 350. It competes with Honda CB350, Jawa 350 and Triumph Speed T4 in the domestic market.
