KTM has introduced the new 350 cc versions of the 390 Duke and 390 Adventure while the existing models continue to be offered
KTM India has taken a new step in expanding its presence in the premium motorcycle segment by introducing new 350 cc versions of the popular 390 Duke and 390 Adventure. It comes following the debut of Triumph’s 350 cc iterations thanks to the benefit of the lower 18 per cent GST bracket while still retaining the essence of what these motorcycles stand for.
The new variants sit below the existing 399 cc models in terms of pricing but not in character. The KTM 390 Duke with the 350 cc engine is priced at Rs. 2,77,268 while the KTM 390 Adventure 350 cc comes in at Rs. 2,80,905 (both ex-showroom, Delhi). At the same time, the current lineup including the 390 Duke R, 390 Adventure X, 390 Adventure S and 390 Adventure R continues without any changes.
The Austrian manufacturer has not compromised much on performance figures despite the move to a smaller engine capacity. Both motorcycles produce 41.5 PS of maximum power and 33.5 Nm of peak torque. The mechanical setup stays familiar as well with both motorcycles retaining the same wheelbase, ground clearance and overall ergonomics as their higher capacity counterparts.
