Hyundai Creta Summer Edition is available in multiple trims and it brings in multiple features upgrades to the lineup
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has officially launched the new Creta Summer Edition variants in the domestic market with a wide set of feature upgrades across multiple trims. Starting with the EX Summer Edition, Hyundai has added a smart key and push button start system. It is available with both petrol and diesel engines – priced at Rs. 12,05,900 for the petrol manual and Rs. 13,61,900 for the diesel manual (ex-showroom).
The EX(O) Summer Edition gets more number of upgrades. It gets quad-beam LED headlamps, LED tail lamps, Horizon LED positioning lamps with DRLs and LED turn indicators at both ends. Functional additions include a rear window sunshade, dual-tone styled 16-inch steel wheels and a rear camera with dynamic guidelines.
Pricing for this variant starts at Rs. 13,13,400 for the petrol manual – going up to Rs. 14,48,900 for the petrol IVT. The diesel manual is priced at Rs. 14,69,400 while the diesel automatic comes in at Rs. 16,04,400 (all ex-showroom). Moving up, the S(O) Summer Edition introduces a factory installed dashcam system that significantly improves safety.

It supports multiple recording modes such as driving recording, emergency and event recording, vacation mode, on-demand video and photo capture via a mobile app. The S(O) petrol manual is priced at Rs. 14,19,900 while the IVT version costs Rs. 15,64,900. The diesel options include a manual at Rs. 15,80,900 and an automatic at Rs. 17,25,900 (ex-showroom).
The South Korean auto major is also offering the S(O) Knight Summer Edition which comes with the same dashcam feature along with the Knight edition styling elements. It is priced at Rs. 14,38,400 for the petrol manual and Rs. 15,99,400 for the diesel manual (ex-showroom). Further up, the SX Summer Edition gets a larger tech upgrade with the addition of a 10.25-inch multi-display digital instrument cluster along with the dashcam.
This particular variant is priced at Rs. 15,03,600 for the petrol manual. At the top of the Summer Edition lineup, the SX Premium variant comprises features such as a Surround View Monitor (SVM), Blind Spot View Monitor (BVM) and front parking sensors along with the digital cluster and dashcam. Pricing stands at Rs. 17,77,900 for the petrol IVT and Rs. 17,88,900 for the diesel manual (ex-showroom).
Mechanically, there are no changes. The Creta continues with the 1.5-litre MPi petrol and 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel engines linked with manual, IVT and automatic gearbox options depending on the variant. Hyundai says the introduction of these Summer Edition variants is to make premium features like digital displays, connected tech and added safety equipment more accessible. It is worth noting that the Creta has garnered over 1.4 million customers and annual sales stood at 2 lakh units in FY26.
