Honda has today introduced the updated 2026 CB750 Hornet E-Clutch, XL750 Transalp E-Clutch, Gold Wing and Fireblade SP
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has expanded its premium motorcycle lineup with the launch of the 2026 CB750 Hornet E-Clutch and XL750 Transalp E-Clutch. The Japanese manufacturer has also updated the Gold Wing with a new colour option while the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP continues as the flagship supersport motorcycle in the company’s portfolio. Bookings for all four motorcycles are now open across Honda BigWing and Topline dealerships nationwide.
A major highlight is the introduction of Honda’s E-Clutch technology on the 755 cc platform. The system allows riders to shift gears without manually operating the clutch lever during starts, stops and gear changes while still retaining conventional clutch functionality whenever required. Honda says the technology has been developed to improve convenience across urban commuting, touring and everyday riding conditions.
The CB750 Hornet E-Clutch sits in Honda’s middleweight naked streetfighter category. Power comes from a 755 cc parallel-twin engine producing 67.5 kW (90.5 hp) and 75 Nm of torque. Hardware includes Showa 41 mm SFF-BP upside-down front forks, dual 296 mm front disc brakes, selectable riding modes and a 5-inch full-colour TFT instrument console with Honda RoadSync smartphone connectivity. The addition of E-Clutch technology aims to improve rider comfort without altering the motorcycle’s sporty character.

Sharing the same engine and output figures is the XL750 Transalp E-Clutch. The adventure tourer develops 67.5 kW (90.5 hp) and 75 Nm while carrying a more touring-focused setup. Equipment includes Showa SFF-CA upside-down front suspension, multiple riding modes including Gravel mode, a dual LED headlamp arrangement and a 5-inch TFT display with Honda RoadSync integration. The motorcycle is designed to tackle highways, city roads and light off-road trails with equal ease.
The Gold Wing remains Honda’s flagship luxury touring motorcycle. Power is sourced from a massive 1,833 cc liquid-cooled horizontally-opposed six-cylinder engine paired with a 7-speed Dual Clutch Transmission. The touring machine also features reverse and walking-speed modes to aid low-speed manoeuvring. Premium equipment includes an electronically adjustable windscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, a high-end audio system and an airbag system for added safety. For 2026, the motorcycle gains a new Gun Metal Black Metallic paint scheme.
At the top of Honda’s performance hierarchy sits the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP. The track-focused superbike is powered by a 1,000 cc inline four-cylinder engine producing 160 kW (214.5 hp) and 113 Nm of torque. Premium hardware includes Öhlins Smart EC 3.0 electronic suspension, Brembo Stylema R front brake calipers, twin 330 mm front discs, an Akrapovič titanium exhaust system and a 5-inch TFT display. The Fireblade SP continues to serve as Honda’s ultimate road-legal performance machine.
