Updated 2026 Brezza can now be booked for Rs. 11,000 as Maruti Suzuki prepares to introduce new technology, revised styling and additional features
Maruti Suzuki has officially commenced bookings for the 2026 Brezza ahead of its market launch scheduled for July 23. Consumers can reserve the updated compact SUV by paying a token amount of Rs. 11,000 through Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships or the company’s official website. The refreshed Brezza arrives nearly a decade after the original model entered the market.
The facelifted model receives a series of cosmetic and equipment upgrades. Exterior revisions will include a slightly refreshed front fascia, updated LED lighting elements and a new design for the alloy wheels. The largest car producer in the country may have also prepared new colour choices to distinguish the facelift from the outgoing version.
The cabin will witness a bigger upgrade. One of the key additions could be a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system replacing the nine-inch unit offered currently. The updated display will continue to support wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto while the feature list is also expected to include new in-car connected tech, automatic climate control, wireless phone charging, cruise control and a head-up display on high-spec variants.

Maruti Suzuki is also expected to improve practicality with the introduction of an underfloor CNG tank – similar to the arrangement seen in the Victoris. This layout frees up luggage space compared to conventional CNG cylinder packaging. Another important update is the availability of a six-speed manual transmission replacing the existing five-speed unit and potentially improving highway cruising.
Powertrain options are likely to remain unchanged. The facelift will continue with the familiar 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine coupled with manual and automatic transmission choices. A factory-fitted CNG version will also remain part of the lineup, mated to a manual gearbox. However, Maruti Suzuki may introduce a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine.

It could be the same unit found in the Fronx producing around 100 PS. The Brezza has remained one of Maruti Suzuki’s top-selling SUVs since its debut in 2016. According to the company, more than 1.4 million units have been sold over the past ten years. The updated Brezza will continue to compete against the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Skoda Kylaq, Toyota Taisor, Maruti Suzuki Fronx and Renault Kiger.
