Xiaomi claims a CLTC driving range of 720 km for the Standard, 902 km for the Pro and 835 km for the Max grades for the new-gen SU7
Xiaomi has revealed the new generation SU7 series as the premium all-electric sedan is offered in Standard, Pro and Max variants. It arrives with substantial upgrades to design, interior and other bits with prices starting at RMB 219,900 (Rs. 29.69 lakh) for the Standard, RMB 249,900 (Rs. 33.74 lakh) for the Pro and RMB 303,900 (Rs. 41.03 lakh) for the Max in the Chinese market.
On the outside, the new SU7 retains the low-slung stance along with the waterdrop headlamps and halo-style taillights while an updated air intake grille, wider brake-cooling ducts and integrated radar setup have been introduced. Xiaomi is also giving customers more room for personalisation with nine exterior colours and six wheel options including all-new designs.
The new SU7 gets a redesigned interior with improved materials, more soft-touch surfaces and a more symmetrical centre console layout for easier use. Customers can pick from four interior themes while added details such as Nappa leather on the steering wheel, chrome accents, quilted trim and metal speaker grilles contribute to a more upscale presence.

Ambient lighting has also been expanded into a wraparound setup extending through the cabin. Front seats now come with heating and ventilation as standard while the driver’s seat gets 18-way power adjustment along with additional support functions. The front passenger seat can also be specified with a zero-gravity layout and massage function.
Xiaomi has also revised seat cushioning, recline angle and headrest at the rear alongside other premium additions including a quieter cabin, upgraded glass for sound insulation, improved heat protection and a redesigned drawer-style refrigerator. Mechanically, the new SU7 Series gets major upgrades as well as the entire lineup is now equipped with Xiaomi’s HyperEngine V6s Plus motor and CTB battery integration tech.

Xiaomi claims a CLTC driving range of 720 km for the Standard, 902 km for the Pro and 835 km for the Max grades. Ultra-fast charging capability enables the sedan to add 670 km of range in 15 minutes under ideal conditions. Performance remains top-notch too with the quickest version capable of sprinting from 0-100 kmph in as little as 3.08 seconds.
Other highlights are the introduction of Xiaomi Smart Chassis 2.0, double-wishbone front suspension and five-link rear suspension across the lineup, an active air suspension system and continuous damper control, multiple suspension modes with provision for adjusting ride height, revised steering calibration, braking hardware and wet-road stability systems.

Xiaomi has integrated a Four-in-One Domain Control Module powered by flagship-grade chips – allowing better processing power for both cabin functions and assisted driving. The cabin now runs on Xiaomi HyperOS and supports a more connected ecosystem experience while the upgraded Hyper XiaoAi voice assistant brings better conversational ability, scenario understanding and app integration.
On the assisted driving side, all variants come with an advanced sensor suite including LiDAR, 4D millimetre-wave radar, multiple cameras and ultrasonic radars while Xiaomi’s new XLA architecture is designed to improve real-world decision-making and parking intelligence. Xiaomi says the body structure uses 90.3 per cent high-strength steel and aluminium alloy including proprietary 2,200 MPa ultra-high-strength steel in critical areas.
Nine airbags are standard across the range and the battery pack has been engineered with added protection against puncture, abrasion and thermal events. The company has also introduced new owner-management features, backup door-unlock systems and advanced battery safety monitoring in the new SU7.
