Here we have listed the four new cars from Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, Honda and JSW MG Motor that are set to arrive within the next few weeks
The domestic PV market will witness the arrival of as many as four new cars over the next two to three weeks from manufacturers like Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, Honda and JSW MG Motor and here we have brought you a rundown:
1. JSW MG PHEV
JSW MG Motor India is all set to enter the plug-in hybrid vehicle segment on July 16, 2026. Expected to be positioned above conventional strong hybrids, the upcoming model will pair a petrol engine with a high capacity battery pack, enabling a significantly longer electric-only driving range. The SUV could be based on the Wuling Starlight 560 sold in international markets as it has been caught testing multiple times. Its electric variant may follow up as well.
2. Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift
Maruti Suzuki will unveil the updated Brezza on July 23, 2026 with a series of cosmetic and feature upgrades to its compact SUV. Among the notable changes are a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, redesigned alloy wheels and refreshed lighting elements. The facelift is also tipped to receive a six-speed manual gearbox along with an underfloor CNG tank.

It will be similar to the recently introduced Victoris – freeing up additional boot space. Powertrain options will likely remain unchanged as the familiar 1.5-litre naturally aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine and the factory-fitted CNG version may stay put. Speculations indicate that a 1.0-litre turbo petrol mill could join the fray.
3. Toyota Hilux
Toyota is preparing to launch the ninth generation Hilux in India on July 28, 2026 with a comprehensive update over the outgoing pickup truck. Built on an extensively revised version of the IMV ladder-frame platform, the new Hilux gains an all-new exterior design while the cabin receives a significant technology upgrade with additional equipment taking inspiration from larger LC models. Under the bonnet, the familiar 2.8-litre four-cylinder diesel engine is expected to continue, hooked with both six-speed manual and six-speed automatic transmission options for the Indian market.

4. Honda ZR-V Hybrid
Honda is set to expand its SUV portfolio in India with the introduction of the globally sold ZR-V which will slot above the Elevate as the brand’s flagship SUV. Customer bookings have already commenced ahead of the official price announcement which will happen soon. The ZR-V will arrive in the country as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) and is expected to command a price tag north of Rs. 40 lakh (ex-showroom).
The premium SUV will be offered with a strong hybrid powertrain while its equipment list is expected to include Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), a large touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument console, ventilated seats, an upmarket cabin loaded with modern features and a comprehensive safety package.
